About The Role

An exciting Occupational Therapist position with a strong child focus providing paediatric occupational therapy assessment and management services to children from birth to school entry. In this rewarding role, you will be assisting eligible children who demonstrate delays in motor skills and sensory development to have the ability to undertake activities of daily living consistent with their age. 

The role will also see you:

  • Collaborate with the wider Child Health Team (CHT) within a multidisciplinary environemnt.
  • Working with both the paediatric clients and their familieis focusing on health education, therapeutic management and using a family-centred approach.

This position will be classified under the Victorian Stand Alone Community Health Centres, Health Professionals Multi-Employer Agreement 2012-2016. 

About You

We are seeking dynamic Allied Health Professional who is experienced and enjoy working with children.  This position is an opportunity to share your knowledge with families and assist with child development.  Excellent communication and rapport building skills are essential to ensure positive relationships are built with internal and external stakeholders.
